Q: I have noticed that while I am on a phone call I do not get an audible alert when an SMS comes in. I'll see the popup once I end the call, but it would be much better to be alerted when the text message actually comes in.

Ian, yes you are correct. I'm not sure if the system SMS notifications do this either? As far as I can tell, there isn't any way to fire an audible notification while a user is on the phone. I will look into this though (or if anyone out there is a developer and knows then please let me know).
